Product Features Functions;
Manned Lifting Table: We arrange one control box one the lifting table's fence, so that you can control it up or down on the lifting table by this control.
Controller: Curtis are one of the best American company for controller, the controller from them are working stable, reliable and comfortable, recognized around the world.
Motor: We are use the 800W motor, it could to climbing the 6 degree 15 meter long ramp.(400KGS)
Strong Power Hydraulic Lifting: As we are using the 800W lifting Motor, it would easy to lift 500KGS weight easily, and in the working process it would very quiet and smooth because it is based on the hydraulic power for lifting.
Better Lifting Security: As all we know, it will be very dangerous if you are working with the poor quality lifting equipment. To sure the security, we are using the thick material for the cart frame, and also we are use the good quality Caster and Solid Tyre, match with our patent design, it will minimize the shaft and tyre broken cause the cart rollover risks. And also our hydraulic pump and motor in accordance with China's military industry quality standards, so that please do not worry the quality problem when you are working with our lifting cart.
Our battery powered lifting platform cart has a shorter turning radius for greater maneuverability in tight spaces
Magnetic eddy brakes: Loose your finger from the throttle, the brake will start work till the cart stop, no inertia, no slip slope, more safe. Our platform cart will stop and hold a load while in motion at top speed, even on a 6 degree incline ( Once the platform cart is stopped, the brake will automatically lock and prevent any potential roll away situation. Only turn off the magnetic eddy brake or press the temporary closure of the electromagnetic brake button, then the truck can be pushed).
State-of-the-truck, self-diagnostic: The user interface indicator will immediately alert the operator to any problems relative to the brake, motor, batteries or controls. (The signal meaning commentary of indicator light attached in the instructions)
Exclusive Emergency Stop Switch: In order to avoid the unforeseen circumstances happen and threat to your security in life, the emergency stop switch on the battery powered platform cart will allow a user to immediately stop the motorized cart in any emergency situation.
Max Speed Controller: You can according to your needs to restrict the max speed. (To meet with the different working place and people, our cart could set the max speed from 1 km/h to 6 km/h freely)
Thermoelectric protection: When the truck overworking (such as overloading, uphill angle is too high etc. ), current exceeds the safe operating range, it will automatically power off! Please reduce the load, and press the thermoelectric protection recovery button (on the battery case), than the truck will start working again!
Charge Protection: The electric truck will not working when it was charging. (It would cause safety accident or breaks your truck if the user continue to use is it when it was charging ).
Easy Assemble Easy to Transport: Our trucks are detachable, so that the package are saving for the shipping cost.

Operating Instructions:
Moving Operation Guiding
1. Insert the power key into the power switch lock and turn the power on, then the red indicator and the power display will light up.
2. According to your needs to adjust the max speed limit knob. On the knob have one arrow line, the arrow the close to rabbit side the fast, the close to tortoise side the slow.
3. Watch out in front of you, and push the electronic throttle to front side lightly, then the electric truck will start moving slowly. If you want to stop it, you just release your finger from the electronic throttle, then it would stopped softly.
4. If you want to the truck backward moving, you just need to push the electronic throttle in the opposite direction, then the truck will start moving to backward slowly.
(Chinese Throttle: On the throttle have one red transform button, it controls the truck moving to forward or backward)
5. DBI OUTPUT Power Display, from left to right there are 3 green lights, 4 orange lights and 3 red lights. Green means power range is from 100% to 80%, Orange means power range is from 70% to 40%, Red means power range is from 30% to 10%. Please don't forget charge after use.To sure the battery life longer, please charge when the battery discharge 30% , and do not let the battery discharge power over 80%.
(Chinese Throttle Power Display: On the throttle also included the power indicator, full power is green light, half power is orange light, Empty is red, and also please charge when the battery discharge 30%, and do not let the battery discharge power over 80%.)
6. Please do not forget turn off the electric truck after use. And the power must turned off first then charging. After the cart charge to full, please do not forget to pull the charge plug out and replace the charger back to the case. (Note the charge time could not over 12 Hours, and do not use or turn it on when the cart was charging)
Lifting Operation Guiding
Unmanned Lifting
1. Park the cart to the place you need, please sure the cart four wheels are on the ground and stable.
2. Lock all of caster, then try to shake the truck to sure the caster locked well and truck is stable enough.
3. Insert the power key into the power switch lock and turn the power on, then the red indicator and the power display will light up.
4. On the user interface box, there are 2 buttons, they are "up" and "down", just press these two buttons to adjust the table to the height you need.
5. After the table lift to the height you need, please lock the lifting safety, then you can keep working. And do not forget close the lifting safety, before you down the table.
6. Please keep the other people at least 5 meter away when it up or down.
Manned Lifting
1. Park the cart to the place you need, please sure the cart four wheels are on the ground and stable.
2. Lock all of caster, then try to shake the truck to sure the caster locked well and truck is stable enough.
3. Stand on the lifting table, one hand hold the fence, and another hand twist the lifting power knob switch according to the direction of arrow then the lifting power turned on, the red indicator will light up.
4. On the control interface, have two button "up" and "down", you can control the table lifting or down.
5. Due to It is one independent power switch on the fence, so after working finished, please do not forget press the power knob down, then the lifting control power on the fence will turned off, and the red indicator will light off.
6. Please keep the peoples at least 5 meter away when it up or down.

Precautions;
1. Please keep water, dust, high temperature and strong electromagnetic interference away from it.
