State-of-the-truck, self-diagnostic: The user interface indicator will immediately alert the operator to any problems relative to the brake, motor, batteries or controls. (The signal meaning commentary of indicator light attached in the instructions)
Strong Power Hydraulic Lifting: As we are using the 800W lifting Motor, it would easy to lift 500KGS weight easily, and in the working process it would very quiet and smooth because it is based on the hydraulic power for lifting.
Better Lifting Security: As all we know, it will be very dangerous if you are working with the poor quality lifting equipment. To sure the security, we are using the thick material for the cart frame, and also we are use the good quality Caster and Solid Tyre, match with our patent design, it will minimize the shaft and tyre broken cause the cart rollover risks. And also our hydraulic pump and motor in accordance with China's military industry quality standards, so that please do not worry the quality problem when you are working with our lifting cart.
Our battery powered platform truck has a shorter turning radius for greater maneuverability in tight spaces
Max Speed Controller: You can according to your needs to restrict the max speed. (To meet with the different working place and people, our cart could set the max speed from 1 km/h to 8 km/h freely)
Foot Pressure Sensor: The electric truck will not work only when your feet tread on the pedal in position (The blue and red indicator light will light up when your feet tread on pedal, when the electric truck will start work).
Automatic steering deceleration system: The truck will slow down when you steering.(In order avoid people throw out by inertia when the truck steering. So our truck will auto deceleration when it steering).
Thermoelectric protection: When the truck overworking (such as overloading, uphill angle is too large, etc. ), current exceeds the safe operating range, it will automatically power off! Please reduce the load, and press the thermoelectric protection recovery button (on the battery case), than the truck will start working again!
Easy Assemble Easy to Transport: Our trucks are detachable, so that the package are saving for the shipping cost.
Magnetic eddy brakes: Loose your finger from the throttle the brake will start work, no inertia, not slip slope, more safe. (Disc brakes is difficult to stop the truck in a high speed or heavy loading. But magnetic eddy brake very stable, and strong brakes to easy to stop the truck, just releasing the accelerator handle the truck will automatically brake till the truck stop, and even parked on the ramp, also keep in the brake status, will not slide away! Only turn off the magnetic eddy brake, the truck can be push).
Removable Battery Box: Easy to removable battery box. (You can prepare one set of battery more if you need a super endurance )
Charge Protection: The electric truck will not working when it was charging. (It would cause safety accident or breaks your truck if the user continue to use is it when it was charging ).

Operating Instructions:
Moving Operation Guiding
1. Insert the power key into the power switch and turn the power on. And now the red indicator will light up.
2. Stand on the electric truck, 2 feet tread on pedals in position. Now the blue indicator will light up.
3. Adjust the speed switch, and turn it to the speed you need.
4. Watch out in front of you, and Push the finger throttle lightly. Now the electric truck will start moving. When got your destination, you just release your finger from the throttle, then it would stop softly.
5. On the throttle have one red transform button, it controls the truck moving forward or back.
6. On the throttle also included the power indicator, full power is green light, half power is orange light, Empty is red. Please don't forget charge after use, try to keep the battery power in green light condition, it is good for battery using life.
7. On the lifting controller have "Up" and "Down", please keep at least 1 meter away from the truck when it was lifting. (Please stand the 2 iron feet down to the ground before you lifting the truck, and also do not forget to lock the lifting security after the table lifting to the right height)
8. Please do not forget turn off the electric truck after use, and have to turn off the power before you charge.
Lifting Operation Guiding
1. Park the cart to the place you need, please sure the cart four wheels are on the ground and stable.
2. Please stand the 2 iron feet down to the ground before you lifting the truck.
3. Try to shake the truck to sure is stable enough.
4. Insert the power key into the power switch lock and turn the power on, then the red indicator and the power display will light up.
5. On the lifting control user interface box, there are 2 buttons, they are "up" and "down", just press these two buttons to adjust the table to the height you need.
6. After the table lift to the height you need, please lock the lifting safety, then you can keep working. And do not forget close the lifting safety, before you down the table.
7. Please keep the other people at least 5 meter away when it up or down.
8. Please do not forget turn off the electric truck after use, and have to turn off the power before you charge.

Precautions;
1. Please Keep water, dust, high temperature and strong electromagnetic interference from it.
2. To sure the battery life longer, please charge when the battery discharge 30% , and do not let the battery discharge power over 80%. (On the throttle also included the power indicator, full power is green light, half power is orange light, Empty is red, and also please charge when the battery discharge 30%, and do not let the battery discharge power over 80%)
3. Please do not overworking using the truck.
4. Please stay focused when you operation.
5. Please kick the emergency button to stop the electric truck immediately if there are any unforeseen circumstances happen.
6. Please do not try to disassemble the electric truck by yourself, if have any problem Please contact with dealer or professional engineer.
